RJ45 RJ11 LAN Network Tool Kit Function:
1. Test twisted pair 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, G line one by one, and determine which one is the wrong line, short circuit and open circuit.
2. Switch ON for normal test speed, "S" for slow test speed, M is manual.
UTP test:
Turn on the power, the network cable plugs were inserted into the main tester and remote tester
Host indicator will shine from 1 to G accordingly:
Main tester: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-G
Remote Tester: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-G (RJ45)
1-2-3-4-5-6 ------ (RJ12)
1-2-3-4 ---------- (RJ11)
If the wiring is not properly, then it will display in the following circumstances:
1. When there is a network cable, such as the 3rd line circuit, the main tester and remote tester on the 3rd lights are not bright.
2. When there are a few lines barreling, then a few lines are not lit, when the network cable is less than two lines connected, the lights are not bright.
3. When the two cables disorder, for example, 2nd, 4st line out of order, it will display as follows:
Main tester unchanged: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-G
Remote tester for: 1-4-3-2-5-6-7-8-G
4. When two network cables short-circuit, the main tester display is not bright, and two lines of remote tester micro-lights are lit, if three or more (including 3) short-circuit, all lines are not bright.
