How long does it take to ship and are their refunds

We will use express to ship it, the shipping time is 7-10 days.

Maybe you'ds like to know we will have National day on Oct.1-5, it is better to ship out the package as soon as possible, because during holidays, all package transfer will be ceased till Oct.6.

What does it come with and is it true it comes 3-5 days if it's UPS.

Your package is going to be send out by DHL-Fedex, shipping time is about 7-10 working days.
Due to the shipping agent bears all the delivery and clearance thing, it spends a few days longer.

I have a question what color lights does it come with or can you change and how long does it take to process and ship

The scooter's light can change automatically, it  flashes red, green and blue color, when it turns to red color, it shows a little orange color.

It usually needs about  4-6 days to ship this package, and due to large market demand, it firstly needs 3-5 days to order from factory.
